Lapidary Shop Changes Coming !

Full Sessions:

Beginning in June 2024 the shop will be open for both sessions each Thursday.  (Board Meetings will move to first Mondays)

Two sessions will also be available on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, beginning in June 2024.

Session Fee Increase

Starting June 1, 2024 fees will be  $10.00 per session.

Lapidary Shop Cancellations

MRGC has had long standing rule for shop time cancellations, which up until now has not been enforced. Beginning June 1 2024 if you cancel just before your
scheduled session, you need to pay for the session. 

The Board has decided that in order to allow enough time for someone else to use a cancelled slot, we need people to cancel a session two days before their time.

For example: If you have a scheduled Thursday time, you need to cancel by midnight, Tuesday.

 

Note: The lapidary shop is for active members only.

Currently the  shop is open for two sessions on Thursday afternoon. Except for the first Thursday of the month, which only accommodates the first session due to the monthly Board Meeting. Due to spacing we have a four person capacity per session. Shop fees are $7.00 per session – Fees increase to $10.00 per session June 1, 2024

Session 1  –  3:00 – 5:30 pm

Session 2 –  5:30 – 8:00pm

If you are a FIRST TIME SHOP USER, please contact the shop to set up orientation.
